K&M Technology Group supplies engineering, wellsite surveillance and
drilling supervision services to the complex well drilling industry. We are always

Drilling engineering positions require residency in the Houston area
and are "employee" positions. Wellsite surveillance and drilling supervisory
positions allow for residency anywhere in the world and are generally based
on a "consultant" position (although our consultants work for us on a full-time basis).
Typical candidates for employment would have the following qualifications:
- Engineering - minimum of 3-5 years of drilling experience
with preference given to those with complex well drilling experience
- Wellsite Surveillance - minimum of 5 years of field
experience as an engineer or supervisor. Some candidates are accepted
with directional drilling backgrounds.
- Drilling Supervisors - considered on a case-by-case basis
with particular preference given to those with complex well drilling
supervisory experience.
All candidates for employment/consultancy will be asked to interview
with our executive staff in Houston. All candidates, for all positions,
will be required to complete a "Trades Test" in order to evaluate
current general drilling knowledge and specific complex well drilling
knowledge, prior to the interview process.
